Frequently Asked Questions

FAQ

Quick answers about keeping your training log close, private, and in sync.

What is FitLog?

FitLog is a workout log for recording activities, exercises, and notes. Your changes save on this device as you go.

Can I use it offline?

Yes. You can keep logging without a connection. If you are signed in, queued changes sync when you are back online.

What happens when I sign in?

Your account's training data is loaded and synced across devices. If FitLog finds guest data on this device, it will ask before importing it.

Does signing out erase my data?

No. Signing out hides your account data on this device but does not erase its local copy or your guest data. Cloud data also remains in your account.

Can I back up or download my data?

Signed-in users can save or download a JSON backup from the account panel. You can restore a backup there too; restoring permanently replaces all account data across devices. Keep your own copy somewhere safe.

Can I delete my account and data?

Yes. Open Account from Settings and choose Delete account and data. This permanently removes your account, cloud records, and private backup, and clears all FitLog data stored in this browser, including guest data. You can also request deletion at fitlog.win/delete-account. Other devices may retain local copies until their browser storage is cleared.

How can I share an idea or report a problem?

Use the Feedback link in Settings. Your message goes to FitLog support. Add your email only if you would like us to reply.

How do the built-in EMOM, Interval, and AMRAP timers work?

Inside any workout, open the Workout Timer panel to choose Stopwatch, EMOM (Every Minute on the Minute), Interval (custom Work/Rest periods), or AMRAP (time cap countdown). When Auto-add rounds is enabled in Activity Settings, completing a work interval or EMOM cycle automatically appends the next round to your workout log.

Can I switch between pounds (lb) and kilograms (kg) or miles and kilometers?

Yes. Open Settings to switch your preferred weight unit (lb or kg) and distance unit (km or mi) at any time. FitLog preserves the exact value you entered for each set and converts units automatically across your log and analytics.

How do ad-free mode and FitLog Pro work?

FitLog is free to use. During an active workout timer, banner ads are automatically paused so they never interrupt your training. You can also watch a short rewarded ad to unlock 48 hours of 100% ad-free access across the app, or upgrade to FitLog Pro for a permanent ad-free experience.
